Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision-making skills.
- Should be flexible to work in night shifts.
- Candidate should be a graduate with minimum 2-6 years of Experience in the relevant field.
- Shift – Evening/Night Shift
Responsibilities:
- Continuous interaction with the vendors and the clients based out of USA.
- Excellent Communication Skill in English.
- The job role will involve but not limited to back-office operations, analysis, and email or phone communication with Vendors and Client.
- Multitasking will be an essential requirement for this job role.
- Candidate should be a proactive problem solver who would understand and properly interpret the client's requirements and track the order system.
- Exceptional handling of MS Office Suite, CRM & Web Based Applications with competent handling of phone calls and emails is required.
- Role: Associate/Senior Associate -(Non-technical).
