Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Proactively create and develop business operations with new and old clients to generate additional business and enhance key relationships
- Collaborate with senior management to identify new product growth opportunity
- Lead, manage, review and evaluate clients’ accounts
- Update clients with their progress reports
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
- Coordinate with Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Marketing Manager to identify new and different business opportunities
- Monitor Company performance and raise red flags to prevent avoidable issues
