Job timing:- 9.30 to 6.30pm with fixed sunday off

Total exp in customer service:- 0 to 5 yrs/ fresher can apply
Gender:-Male/Female both

Age:- Upto 35

Salary:- 15k to 25 k Gross + Attractive incentive + Performance bones + Product training for Fresher & Experience

Job Description ( role):-

1. HNI Client databased provided by company need to work on the same by doing cold colling and generate appointments from them

2. You will be responsible to perform outbound calling, ensure smooth customer services & provide advice to customers on various real estate products offered by the company.

3. Providing project details to clients i.e. products & services offered & convert lead to prospect.

4. Converting leads from Platforms into taking appointments.

5. Build & cultivate prospect relationships by conducting regular follow up with the clients.

6. Understand Customer need

7. Fluent in English Communication.Excellent conversational

8. Maintain good relationship with the company clients/customer

9. Coordination with the company’s HNI and UHNI customer’s

Mandatory Skills:-

v Good convincing skills(customer service /Support)

v Good presentation skills (formal attire)

v Good communication skills ( Basic english

v should be good in sales and marketing ( added advantage)
