Job Description
- Urgently required “Business Development Executive “for Thane Location.
- Position: Business Development Professional
- Qualification: MBA preferred/ any graduate with 2yrs experience in marketing field
Job Responsibility:
- Assist in getting business referrals and corporate tie-ups, have to generate new clients for the HR Outsourcing firm and identify their requirement.
- Effectively generate lead by cold calling/references / database by use of accurate sales tool
- Strategize new opportunities for business with existing and new clients
- Identifying the decision makers and decision influencers in the prospect client companies
- Contacting the decision makers and influencers and introducing the company offerings to them
- Responsible for generating corporate leads and business from existing leads
- Analyze the solutions and services the company has to offer to its client's vis--vis the competitors in the market
- Should be able to make presentations
- Market Research required
- Candidate should have knowledge about Payroll, Compliance & Recruitment
- Should be ready to travel anywhere
