Job Description
- Manage the front end of Sarthav's relationship with
its distinguished set of clients for the respective segment / project
allocated.
- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery
and query resolution within specified TATs.
- Build and maintain relationships with the
entire customer base assigned.
- Act as an escalation point for client meetings for
issues and concerns.
- Working with the director to coordinate and
supervise daily operations.
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
- Maintaining Managing Directors agenda
and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Prepare
presentations, timely performance reporting, pertaining to the
various project requirements as identified by the Managing Director.
- Strong organizational skills and
ability to multi-task.
