Job Description / Responsibilities
- DCRM/CRM will be mapped to Call center telecallers & Supervisors
- Relationship building with Tele callers and supervisors of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation
- Increase sales of insurance products and devising plans to increase insurance sales through telecallers.
- Getting leads from allotted telecallers and supervisors through tele.calling activity
- Joint Call with telecaller for soliciting Life Insurance Products.
- Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products.
- Mandatory Field visits to Customers whenever required.
- Life Insurance product will be sold to Bank credit card customers.
- 2-4 yrs of Experience
- Any graduate/MBA
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent customer handling Skill.
- Should be goal oriented
- Presentable
- Should be willing to travel within city
- Local language Must
- Should be Localite
- TAB IS MANDATORY
- Min.Exp. 2- 4 yrs
- Sector:Life insurance (Mandatory)/ Call centers i.e. Outbound Call centers dealing in LI
- Functional Area:Sales/BD (Front Line Sales)
- Education qualification: Graduate/MBA
