Job Description ( role):-

• HNI Client databased provided by company need to work on the same by doing cold calling and generate appointments from them
• Explain to them about real estate project and fixed the appointment on calls
• Providing project details to clients i.e. products & services offered & convert the lead to a prospect.
• **Converting Hni customer database leads into appointments
• Build & cultivate prospect relationships by conducting regular follow up with the clients.
• Maintain a good relationship with the company clients/customer
• Coordination with the company’s HNI and UHNI customer’s

Mandatory skills:-

• Good convincing skills(customer service /Support)
• Good presentation skills(formal attire)
• Good communication skills (excellent English)
• Candidate coming from sales and marketing department (added advantage)
• Preferred candidate from Central, Western or Harbour since Head office Thane
