Position: Client Service Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6 months - 3 years
Job Description for 'Client Service Executive' (Voice Process):
1. Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
2. Generating leads.
3. Calling Clients to brief them about the legal services like patent, copyright, trademark, etc.
4. Coordinating with clients on a daily basis.
5. Scheduling meetings of clients with BDE Executive.
6. Maintaining the database in an Excel sheet.
7. Report and provide feedback to the management.
Requirement:
1. Good communication skills. (English is mandatory)
2. Any qualification.
3. Immediate joiner.
4. Basic internet and MS word Knowledge.
