- Handle order fulfillment process

- Manage and handle invoice, logistic, delivery of product
- Answer all product inquiry, issues, complain
- Handle day-to-day client service, order fulfillment service, logistic service
- Manage the operations related to the order, client inquiry, order process, logistics, etc
