Job Description

  • Speed in execution of transactions where you need to follow through on execution of the required actions for the investment.
  • Attention to detail as you will need to be careful about the smallest aspect of a transaction both, online and offline.
  • Outcome-oriented where you need to ensure market opportunities are not just identified but also carried through as per plan.
  • Providing help and advice to customers using our organization’s products or services
  • Communicating courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. 
  • Sending welcome and other email from time to time on portfolio and market Updates.
  • Analyzing various statistical data like Mutual Fund Performance, Loan Details etc
  • Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for our organization or department
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Ensuring Compliance requirement is taken care of.
  • Learning about our organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes;
  • Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending seminars and fund manager events.
  • International wealth management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fund Raising, Mutual Funds
  • Real estate advisory & lending services

  • Assist in global client servicing and acquisition.

  • Package:1.5 lacs to 4.5 lacs p.a.(including compensation and other incentives)
Compensation and other Incentives
  • Your compensation will be reviewed annually and will consist of fixed salary, discretionary compensation, and certain local allowances, where applicable.
  • Compensation and Bonuses are determined by a number of factors, including the firm’s performance and individual performance.
  • You will also get the opportunity to go on regular training and seminars arranged by eminent Asset Management Companies (AMC) for enhancing knowledge about the products or services dealt with in the financial markets. 
  • Frequent visits to Fund Manager Meets and events where prominent fund managers of the top ranking AMCs talks about the recent developments in economy and its impact in financial industry.
