Job Description:
- Would be responsible for the primary point of contact for a client or customer.
- Would be responsible for directing and controlling the processing and fulfillment of orders, fielding customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
- Would be responsible for streamlining business operations, provide product training to customers, discuss technical aspects about a product and oversee marketing campaigns.
- Would be open for travel for client location whenever required for successful implementation.
- Would play the role of a strong team leader who can drive the team and mentor on their growth path.
- Would be responsible for mapping the customer requirement and communicating the same to the tech team, effectively ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Preferably need to have completed MBA or equivalent degree from an institution of repute.
