Job Description

  • A part of the customer service desk - Understanding the requirement from customers and coordinating with servicemen for assigning the job.
  • All leads will be received over email / incoming phone calls and this position is responsible for booking customer calls and closing all jobs up to customer satisfaction. 
  • Connect with on field supervisors/quality desk and service manager for escalations and feed backs.
  • Ability to be able to convince a customer / possess selling skills. 
  • Convert customers to avail Easy Fix services v/s competition by communicating the features and benefits of Easy Fix Services.
  • Assign tasks and get them fulfilled by on-field service team. 
  • This position must possess good leadership, interpersonal and authoritative skills to ensure tasks assigned to team and servicemen are completed on time.
  • Follow-Ups and coordination with field team, this position will be required to follow-up with customers for jobs which were unanswered and have high chances of closure.
  • Responsible for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and finding solutions for customers problems (if any).
  • Responsible for coordinating with other support functions - IT, Finance, HR and Admin.
  • Handling escalations - Servicemen and customer grievance handling. 
  • It is the responsibility of Easy Fix customer service desk to ensure that all grievances are handled with urgency.
