Shift timings: 6 am to 3 pm / 3 pm to 12 am / 10 pm to 7 am (5 days working)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab

·         Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management

·         Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies

·         Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients spread across 89 countries

·         Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and the home team

·         Build strategies to facilitate existing client engagement, create a new client base, identify potentially high-value clients, build effective and long-term client relationships

·         Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors, translators and transcribers

·         Efficiently handle information management that maintains client records

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:

·         Graduates from any stream

·         Minimum 1 – 4 years’ experience into Client servicing / Customer Service/  Business Development/ Key Account Managemnt

·         Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

·         Knowledge of MS Office

·         Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook

·         Good technical solution finding skills

·         Ability to easily acclimatize to different cultural backgrounds
