About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Familiarizing themselves with all products and services offered by our company
2. Cultivating meaningful relationships with clients throughout and beyond projects, and making sure they are retained
3. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
4. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
5. Keeping current client database and project databases updated
6. Interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
7. Creating processes to reduce project turnaround times
8. Coordinating with the team using tools like Slack, Notion, sheets and other tools
