About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand client needs and address them effectively
2. Resolve complaints quickly and effectively
3. Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
4. Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
5. Recommend upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
6. Develop high-quality customer service processes.
7. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
8. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
