eBasics Services Private Limited is a product-based software company founded in 2021, headquartered in Noida. eBasics is focusing on developing its own innovative Saas product named NationBasics. Our product will allow leaders and citizens to get connected with each other to build good governance. We are a team of young professionals and are ready to accept challenges.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service
2. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
3. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
4. Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products
5. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients
6. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
7. Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees
8. Organizing training seminars to enable clients to fully utilize product features and benefits
9. Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues
10. Maintaining happy client relationships
11. Becoming the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship
12. Encouraging revenue growth by inspiring clients
13. Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction
