Job Description
1. Work on calendar management for faculties, maintaining their attendance to classes on time
2. Aid faculties and students in preparing for meetings, sending reminders for the same on respective WA groups on daily basis
3. Monitor classes on Zoom and assist attendees in case of minor technical glitches if at all any
4. Work on active maintenance of Google Sheets and daily updation of session conduction by respective faculties
5. Reschedule of classes in case of cancellation of any and successful intimation of rescheduled timings to both faculty and students

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
3. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
4. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Prior experience in customer support
