About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional
after-sales service.
2. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
3. Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications.
4. Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products.
5. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
6. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to
prevent avoidable billing issues.
