Job Description
1. Manage calls and emails from clients regarding inquiries, complaints and also provide general information
2. Maintain relationships with customers
3. Follow up with clients for any further information

1. Must have excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to have an interaction with the client regarding the requirement
2. Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients
3. Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Should have very good knowledge of MS- Excel
5. Should be a quick learner
