Main responsibilities 
• Validation and qualification of leads 
• Explore the potential customer and their needs
• Understand customer clinical and Product needs 
• Handle queries on Portfolio, Product features at advanced level-Cross modality know how 
• Conduct activities to present the value proposition to the potential customer through remote channels (e.g., conducting virtual demos, video conferencing, online chat, phone calls)
• Handover SQL to Account Executives Expectations 

As a Clinical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building a business with existing customers, and you will also develop relationships with new clients. You must be comfortable building a sales funnel by making a high number of calls per day which includes cold calling, sending emails on the solution to be proposed to customers, using available for (omnichannel) e.g. LinkedIn, WhatsApp business account, etc. to create product interest in customer communities, work closely with the Sales team, generating interest and mindshare for the product/solution, qualifying prospects and closing sales. 

  • You are expected to achieve targets (quarterly or annual) by selling SHPL solutions via outbound calling, telephonic consultation and other persuasive selling techniques such as virtual presentations, booking and execution of virtual demos etc.
  • Funnel Development,Success rate in Conversion and Orders Value will be KPI’s 
  • You must have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) since you will work directly with customers throughout the sales journey guiding them towards the result of a favourable selection of an SHPL solution. 
  • You are expected to be highly organized since you will handle several accounts simultaneously. 
  • You must maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis, transmit product information and progressively qualify customers based on need, budget and timing. 
  • You must be able to ensure that all leads are well qualified by elaborate bench research of the accounts, identifying the correct decision-makers, key players and understanding their requirements. 
  • You must be able to individually assess the appropriate timing of turning over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale. 
  • You should have a flair for maintaining and updating the lead generation database, CRM books, and records and be proficient in providing on-demand dashboards to Sales MGM teams on the progress of the relevant projects as well as for pertinent MIS activities (vide excel or PowerPoint, as per the requirements) 
  • You should be able to modify and adjust the sales pitch to meet the requirement of evolving customer personas and based on success averages for different customer groups.
  • Essential requirements: University Degree or Diploma and Biomedical Engineering or B.E in ECE/Biomedical Engineering (or) Specialized and reputed Institutions offering certified course in Clinical Applications Sales and Pre Sales experience is preferred Familiarity with Windows OS and MS office tools. 
  • Proven Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative experience. 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience in making a multitude of outbound calls in a single day. 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills complimented by proficiency with productivity and web presentation tools which includes but not restricted to Teams, Webex etc 
  • Experience working with CRM databases (just as an example – SalesForce). 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
