- We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide demo to the user and explain the working of the product.
- Notifying the team about the changes and improvements to be accomplished in the product.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Prioritize and manage several open issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
- Maintain up to date Data and gather feedback from the users.
Requirements
- Batchelor or equivalent degree.
- Max 3yrs Experience.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or similar role
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Knowledge about medical devices and their application.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
