Job Description
We are looking for some young, dynamic and enthusiastic candidates having excellent communication skills, ready to work in our company in Hyderabad on long-term basis for the post of Cluster Manager for Health Insurance Sales (Vacancy-10 No's Male or Female)
Qualifications and skills
- The candidate could be of Post Graduate / Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma qualification.
- The candidates should have minimum 3+ year of experienced preferably from Insurance / Banking / Wealth management / Telecom.
- The candidates should be young, dynamic and enthusiastic with high ambition in life having relationship building and leadership skills.
- The candidates should possess excellent communication and convincing skills being fluent in Telugu, English or Hindi.
- The candidates should possess the attitude and strong skills to learn/grasp the company products and have confident representational skills with good social network knowledge.
- The candidates should have two- wheeler and have a sound knowledge about the areas & location within the city.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidate should manage Sales and Channel promotion in the assigned territory with the objective of achieving the short term and long term goals of the Region.
- The candidate should implement Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays etc.
- The candidates shall provide a strong customer service experience and acts as an interface between the company & customers.
- The candidates should have primary responsibility is to drive the Health Insurance sales & optimize the customer acquisition model through work sites.
- The candidates should ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done & provide insurance solutions based on the analysis.
- The candidates should maintain customer relations & ensure post sale needs of customers are met.
- The candidates should handle difficult and aggressive customers in a professional manner explaining the products, services and queries, overcoming the objections, on phone.
- The candidates should Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments with the emphasis on high quality leads.
- The candidates should develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors, proactively following up the previous generated leads.
- The candidates should identify and follow up opportunities with companies, who are not already on the database, managing them to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring that the targeted marketing activity takes place, to generate new business.
- The candidates should work closely with the fellow employees to achieve sales objectives.
- The candidates should attend weekly meetings with their team managers to update information and discuss any issues.
- The candidates should contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
- The candidates shall prepare weekly / monthly MIS and communicate the same to the higher authorities.
