Job Description
Key accountabilities and decision ownership (Max 5):
· Provide Best Network Experience for both Voice and Data - perform Configuration and Change management major/minor activities, under guidance & supervision of SMEs for RAN network as per defined SLAs and FTR (Success rate).
Deployment of all new network features and upgrades with FTR and uniform approach
· Rollout – perform all AOP rollout across technology as per agreed rollout targets
· Transformation - Executions of new rollouts, swaps and technology upgrades with FTR and efficient approach
· People - Enhancing Engagement within teams and outside, Internal technical workshops
· P & L Consciousness - Improvising service availability-In-house automations of small activities and preparation/modification of MoPs wherever required. Follow best-practice Policies and Procedures
Core competencies, knowledge and experience (Max 5):
· Hands On Experience on RAN system with experience above 2 years with at least 1 year in Change Management. Must have understanding on Citrix & Net-act applications like CM Editor, Operations Manager, License manager, Software Manager etc
· Good understanding on GSM architecture, SS7/SIGTRAN/IP, major call flows
· Technical expertise in RAN (configuration & hardware) Must have worked towards achieving customer SLA and network SLA
· Effectively able to connect with team members & circles & ability to work as a team player
Comfortable working in shifts
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
· Masters / Bachelors in Electronics / Electronics Communication from reputed Institute
In depth knowledge of RAN entities and signalling systems related to 2G, 3G and 4G technologies
