Foundry CNC Maintenance Mechanical Maintenance Electrical Paint Line
Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Foundry - Castings, Heat treatment, Melting, Die maintenance,
2. CNC - CNC - VTL, CNC-VMC, Turning center, Robot operators, Setters, Programmers and having knowledge on fixture, Tooling drawing study & Quality.
3. Mechanical Maintenance - Air compressors, Water treatment plant, water pumps, CNC machine Maintenance & Trouble shooting & Hydraulics & gear box.
4. Maintenance Electrical - Relay logic, PLC, Motor over hauling, All type of starters, ACB's power transformers, DG Generators.
5. Paint Line - Surface preparation & Coating, Pre treatment process, Application of Powder & Paints,Trouble shooting, Conveyors & Owens, AHU & Chillers.
Job Location - Visakhapatnam Salary - 1.2 LPA to 2 LPA Experience - 2 to 8 Years Gender - Male / Age Limit - 35

Located in Visakhapatnam, India, the SYNERGIES plant has a total wheel casting capacity of 960,000 wheels and chrome plating capacity of 240,000 wheels benchmarked at 18” size and is a IATF-16949, ISO 14001, MS-9000, Ford Q1, JWL, VIA, TUV certified Company.
Currently SYNERGIES supplies alloy wheels to several automobile majors like General Motors-USA, Ford-USA, Chrysler-USA, General Motors-India, Ford-India, Honda, TATA Motors, Toyota, Fiat, Hyundai, Nissan, Volkswagen and Mahindra & Mahindra amongst others.
