Job Summary
Role of a Co Founder: To work, in conjunction with 2-4 Co-founders, for establishing, running and growing the institution by using required skills and sufficient resources.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Responsibilities of a Co founder are:
- Leading Catalyst Classes institution to achieve high academic and managerial standards.
- Standardizing administrative and academic processes and thus ensuring alignment of institution's processes with its vision and mission.
- Handling public relations and thus maintaining institution's image and reputation.
- Planning and implementing fund raisers and thus meeting financial targets of the institution.
- Making and ensuring proper academic, financial and employee records.
- Taking full responsibility of establishing, running and growing of the institution.
- Strategic scaling of the company and its expansion to other prominent cities.
