1- Proven Experience As A Collection Specialist Or Similar Role.
2- Knowledge Of Various Collection Techniques. Comfortable Working With Targets.
3- Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
4- Ability To Manage And Handle Multiple Tasks At The Same Time.
5- Monitor Delinquent Accounts On A Regular Basis. Visit Customer To Resolve Queries And Collect Payments.
