Job Description
We are looking for Collections Executive profile for Bangalore location. In this profile, we are looking for those candidates having experience in collections-BL & PL product in banking or NBFC.
Job Profile:
- Should have knowledge of the local geographical area
- Should have good communication skill
- should be fluent in languages like English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
- Set up repayment plans and new terms of sale.
- make cold calls to customer
- handle both outbound/inbound calls
- must have decent typing speed (at least 20 WPM)
Experience:
- Freshers are also invited
- Candidates can apply for this with any of the following experience BPO/Telesales/Call Support (Inbound OR Outbound)/ Collections.
Education:
- P.U.C. /Diploma/B.A./B.Com., M.B.A. etc.,
