Job Description
Job Summary:
- Key focus Areas for the role are follow up with customers for payment through phone call & emails, extracting customer outstanding from accounting system, updating invoice wise follow-up status in CRS.
- Follow up with allocated customers for payment through phone call & emails
- Operating CRS and regularly updating the status of each invoice
- Providing update to the customer regarding outstanding status and resolving invoice related queries
- Performing basic reconciliation of customer ledger balances
- Co-ordinating with back-office & billing team for resolution of customer queries
- Following escalation matrix in case of non-paying customers
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in Customer Calling, collection follow-up, experience of working with customer relation software (CRS), basis knowledge of finance processes like reconciliation.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with customers, good understanding of accounting and reconciliations.
- Language: Should be able to speak fluent Hindi & English. Knowledge of Gujrati will be an added advantage.
