Job Description
- We are having opening for Executive Collections for Varthana Financial Services.
- Experiance : 1 - 3 yrs
- Varthana is looking for an action oriented team member to manage the delinquent accounts in thehard buckets.
- The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to resolve recovery cases across the country.
- Strategies would include working with the help of agencies, lawyers or following up directly with the delinquent customers.
- Prior experience of Mortgages/Home loan/Business loan
- Prior experience in hard bucket collection
- NBFC or Banking collection experience
- Self-driven, Honest/Loyal/ creative and organized
- Good communication
- Self-motivated, willing to take initiatives and learn
- Ambitious, agile and result oriented
