Job Description
- Indoor/ Office work/ Customer service
- Meet the daily/weekly/Monthly Collection Targets.
- Regular follow up on all the accounts allocated.
- Ensure proper resolution on query raised.
- Escalate appropriately on the anomaly observed.
- To equip the management with ground-level feedback.
- Collections on delinquent accounts through customer meeting. Handling customer queries
- Collection of bounce & penal charges, Legal knowledge to utilize the same while managing critical accounts or portfolio to achieve the targets
- Giving feedback to the Reporting Manager / Unit Manager / Risk Manager on market issues, frauds
- Updating DCR (Daily Collection Report) and sharing the same to seniors on a regular basis.
- Maintenance of receipt books
- Give early warning inputs regularly of the market, industry and customer level feedback in order to avoid surprise delinquencies.
- Take various market references and build touchpoints for customer reference.
Check and keep a tab on industry trends, key factors impacting the industry, the performance of trade in the local market and regulatory impact
