Responsibilities of collection post: 1. Responsible for overdue account management and timely grasp the arrears of customers. 2. Credit collection through communication software, email, etc. 3. Register the collection situation and obtain and update the information of overdue customers. 4. Assist collection supervisor to analyze overdue data. 5. To complete the collection index issued by the department and strictly control the proportion of accounts receivable. 6, complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.
