Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage with the community and run it with passion (be ready to be the face of open education for AI/data science and DPhi community)
2. Live and breathe community
3. Help formulate, create, and execute activities/events that bring value to the community as well as drives engagement
4. Co-create sub-communities/regional chapters and expand the vision of DPhi across the globe
5. Identify collaborators (speakers, mentors, proactive community contributors) and engage/collaborate with them for community initiatives
6. Moderate discussion forums and understand the needs of the community, either by directly talking to them or through social media interactions, and share with the relevant stakeholders
7. Own the responsibility of growing the community from 30K+ data/tech enthusiasts (from 140+ countries) to 150K+ in the next 6 months

Other requirements

1. Must have hands-on experience in managing social media/online community events

2. Must be extremely empathetic, supportive, and encouraging towards the community/learners

3. Must be creative and have great attention to detail in terms of identifying opportunities

4. Passion for education and technology is a must

5. Good writing and presentation skills in front of a camera

6. Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver

7. Must be proactive in asking questions and seeking clarity if required
