About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan the content distribution calendar on a weekly basis
2. Create, publish and distribute content across social channels (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, Instagram)
3. Engage in online discussions relevant to our company or product
4. Engage with our community on Discord
5. Run effective contests and rewards programs on these social channels
6. Compile data-driven insights to optimize social reach
7. Share user/community feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
8. Work on co-marketing and social initiatives with our industry partners
9. Create a reusable knowledge base of all the learnings
Skills Required:
1. Experience in building online communities on Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Discord, and Instagram channels
2. Familiarity with social media management tools and a drive towards data-driven decisions
3. Clear written communication skills with high grammatical and spelling standards
4. Visual content creation exposure with Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent
5. First-hand experience using blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi products
6. High on trust & ethics
