Job Description

Starts with the checking of menus, blackboard, find out if plug points are in working condition, checking the tags, books/magazines/ games inventory This would take up to half an hour to 45 minutes if all things are in order. Making sure books and boardgames are in good condition, accessible and available to customers always. Inventory maintained on a weekly basis and items replaced accordingly. eg. new games, magazine subscription.

Mug Club:

Adding new mug club members into the system
Sending out renewal mail, birthday mail communication
Calculate average number of check-ins
Check for misuse through calculation
Check for missing tags daily
Flag if a tag has taken more than one week to be received
Request for replacement tags
Daily inventory of tags
Explaining mug club queries online
Gift a beer
Updating system with mug club changes
execution of Mug club portability
Analysis of mug club sales
Replying to zomato reviews, this would take around 45 minutes to think of the most suitable reply. (Selecting particular reviews to reply to).
Apart from replying to Zomato review, check out reviews on Facebook, Trip Advisor, Google reviews. If anything odd, find a solution for the same. Collate & reply to all direct and indirect feedback both online and offline. Action on the feedback. Investigate by asking service and kitchen, table number and CCTV footage to verify what has happened. Whether genuine or false. Understand if review is genuine or troll.
Filling in the feedback data into the system to generate the NPS. Takes 15 -30 minutes depending upon the number of sheets.
Coupon Redemptions Redeeming the Event Coupons/Pub Quiz coupons into the system. 10-15 minutes.
Daily briefing with the staff, going over the marketing touchpoints. 15 minutes.
Instagram Spending time finding/ taking the best pictures that can be used on Instagram.
Figuring out requirements for Coasters, Posters, Beer Menus and ordering the artwork for the same. (This is only a weekly thing which takes about 15-20 minutes)
Making sure artworks are ready for production
Ordering and printing to be done by production
Menus to be updated on a daily basis on Zomato and physical menu
Help needed in screwing menus in
Posters, coasters, feedback forms
Printing of Event posters

Beers -

Ensure if the correct beers are on tap
Ensure if the blackboard is neat & tidy
Beers to be written in a good handwriting
Have basic knowledge of the beers on tap the names, styles of beer, strong/mild, light/dark.
Any complaint, compliment, remark on the beer and food should be addressed immediately
