Salary: 12,000 CTC + Incentives + Free Accommodation.

Sourcing of loan proposals from those families that are financially excluded.
To conduct “village mapping”
To conduct “general meeting”
To conduct Compulsory Group Training (CGT); minimum 2 CGT / Pre GRT / GRT to be conducted per day
To collect instalments as per demand sheet (CDS)
To check 100% LUC after 3 subsequent centre meetings
Reporting Time 6:45AM
