Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a full time COMPANY SECRETARY, reporting into the Director and acting as the Team Secretary within the team. 
  • The purpose of this role is to act as a Personal and Administration Assistant to the Director, Energy and to ensure a first class support and administration service is provided to clients while also providing an efficient and professional secretarial support service to the rest of the division. 
The candidate will have the ability to carry out the following proficiently: 
Duties of the role:
  • Managing diaries and calendars
  • Arrange meetings and documents
  • Typing minutes and reports - format and edit documents
  • Cover front of house when needed - meeting and greeting, answer calls and taking messages
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to.
  • Ability to work under pressure and without supervision.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and suggest solutions as appropriate.
  • Ability to liaise with colleagues when appropriate.
  • Ability to develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to construct effective written communications, including letters and reports.
  • Confident and effective telephone skills, including liaising with clients and overseas offices 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • IT Skills: MS Office, E-mail
Requirements for the position:
  • Be immediately available to start a new role
  • Organised and a team player
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience working as a PA to Director Level.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve
  • Honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctual
  • Proactive, dynamic and hard working
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. 
  • Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:30am- 6:30pm
  • Salary: 15,000 - 20,000
