Client Handling across India as well as Foreign Clients 2. Query solving 3. Filing of various forms of Incorporations, compliances, event based compliances etc. 4. Making applications for various registrations such as Trademark, IEC, SSI/MSME etc 5. Returns filing
Requirements
1. Sound communication skills – oral and written
2. Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in case of CS
3. Ability to multitask
4. Knowledge of MCA, ROC, procedures relating to incorporation,
change and other services
5. Working knowledge of FEMA, RBI notifications and related matters- desired
6. Working knowledge of IPR/Trademarks
7. Knowledge of EPFO, IEC is added advantage
