Designation: Company Secretary

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 4 to 6 Lac/annum

Selected intern's responsibilities include:
1. Drafting agreements for takeover, franchisee, and business restructuring
2. Drafting NCLT petitions for various dispute matters under the companies act
3. Working on the preparation and filing of annual filing documents and forms
4. Managing listed and public limited company shares, charge satisfaction & charge creation and modification
5. Managing other basic work in DGFT, taxation, GST, etc.
6. Working on business licensing and registrations

Other requirements
1. CS trainee who has passed or appeared for executive-level with good academic scores
2. Active enough to take part in the affairs of the company
3. Well-versed with Companies Act, 2013
4. Basic knowledge of secretarial & legal functions
