Job Description

  • Drafting and filing of documents related to Componding of offence.
  • Drafting and filing of documents conversion of Company from Public Ltd. to Private Ltd. & vice versa.
  • Drafting and filing of documents related to conversion of Company into LLP.
  • Drafting and filing of documents related to incorporation of Company under Companies Act, 2013 and LLP.
  • Commercial Taxes Registration , payment and return filing etc.GST registration and GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, GSTR-2 filling.Service Tax Registration, payment and return filing etc. 
  • Filing of Income Tax Return of Companies and Individuals.
  • Filing of e‐forms with the Registrar of Companies (Form CHG‐1, Form CHG‐4, Form DIR‐3, Form DIR‐12, Form PAS‐3, Form MGT14, Form INC‐1, Form AOC‐4, Form MGT‐7 INC-23, INC-28 etc.)Documentation in respect of allotment of shares, Registration/Modification/Satisfaction of Bank Charges etc.
  • Preparation of MGT‐9 u/s 92 of the Companies Act,2013, Directors Report u/s 134 of the Companies Act,2013.
  • Preparation and maintenance of Secretarial Records of companies viz. 
  • Notices, agenda of meetings, Directors report, Minutes of Board Meetings and General Meetings, Statutory Books and Registers, Drafting of General Meeting and Board Meeting Resolutions.
  • Conducted online inspection of the records of various Listed & Unlisted companies and prepared search & charge report.Obtaining of DSC for the directors. 
  • Making DSC registration in MCA portal, PF portal, GST portal.
  • Compliance of Listing Agreement and The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
  • Fully equipped with the all the work which can be done on MCA Portal(e.g. Inspection of the documents, Filling of the forms, transaction status and payment status of the forms, Signatory details etc.).
  • Shifting of Registered office from one state to another and one city to another or one location to another locations and preparing Petition and all documents in respect of this.
  • Preparing and Drafting of Documents related to NBFC Annual Return filling.
  • Registration of various societies, partnership Firms and preparing of documents related to this.
