Company Secretary
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the preparation of board and AGM agenda, notice and assisting in minutes, board governance, and coordination for meetings
2. Maintain all statutory registers as required by the Companies Act and other important statutes
3. Ensure timely filing of all forms with MCA or any other statutorily required filing/for obtaining license or registration/renewal
4. Work on vetting all MoUs, agreements, TORs, and contracts across all locations
5. Work on drafting policy documents, and agreements as and when required
6. Prepare authority letters/POAs etc on a need basis
7. Provide any legal info for grant submission or awards
8. Assist in the renewal of important registrations
9. Assist in legal matters of the foundation

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st May'22 and 25th Jun'22
3. are available for a duration of 12 months
