Platform Operations Engineer
Eligibility:
- BE/B.Tech (CS/IS/IT/ECE/EEE) and Teclecom.
- 70% in Graduation and Post-Grad
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor, Manage and Maintain the huge IT infrastructure of Akamai, comprising of 380,000+ Server and network devices
- Responding to alerts in a timely fashion as per the pre-defined priority levels and SLAs.
- Understanding, analyzing, troubleshooting the root cause of an alert and solving it.
Desired Skills:
- Linux/UNIX/networking skills
- Technical analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
