Customer Success Analyst
Eligibility Criteria:
  • B.E/B.Tech, BSc, Msc, BCA, MCA [Any stream] from 2019 - 2021 batch with 60% and above throughout academics
  • 0-1 year experience
Job Description:
  • Good Communication is a must. Candidates should have problem solving ability, should be extravert
  • Should have the ability to interact with US/EMEA customers   
  • Willingness to work in supporting products/applications based on Microsoft technologies like Windows, Active directory.
  • Basics of databases and SQL(writing queries, running performance tools etc)
  • Code debugging skills (not writing the code, but just reading through the code and understanding the logic). 
Salary: INR 5.5 L fixed + 8% Annual Incentive Plan with training clause of 24 months (more details will be shared in HR discussion)
Work Location: Bangalore

Shifts: 
  • 24*7 with a decent shift allowance
  • Preferably Night Shift.

  • Techno managerial Interview
  • HR Interview
Note:
  • Work From Home at the moment until office resumes
  • Boot camp for 2-3 months or as communicated
  • One will be entitled to pay back INR 2,00,000 as a hold back amount if one decides to leave Aptean within 24 months
  • Candidates will have a training period of 2 years
