Service Desk Engineer
Eligibility:
  • B.E/B.Tech, BCA, Bsc from 2021-2022 batch 
  • 0-1 year experience
Job description:
  • Machine configuration, OS installation
  • Troubleshooting hardware issue on laptops
  • Troubleshooting application related issue.
  • Troubleshooting O365, Outlook, teams.
  • Windows patching
  • Vulnerability mitigation
  • Antivirus, DLP, encryption
  • Troubleshooting basic network issues
  • Handling on-boarding and off-boarding activities
  • Support network and server teams.
Should have below skills:
  • AD, Domain, DNS, DHCP
  • IP, basic network understanding/troubleshooting
  • Laptop hardware troubleshooting
  • Windows 10, windows server (any)
Salary: INR 3,50,000 Per Annum (only for graduates along with a 3 year bond / agreement)
Salary: INR 4,00,000 Per Annum (if experienced and there is no bond/agreement)

Work Location: Bangalore

Shifts: General Shift

HR round

Note: 3 days WFH and 2 days work from office mandatory
