Technical Support Engineer
Eligibility : BE/BTech (CS/IT/IS/EEE/ECE) from 2016 - 2017 batch
Detailed Eligibility :
- Candidates need to have excellent communication skills
- It is a rotational shift (night shift allowances will be provided)
- Only male candidates will be preferred
Job Description :
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Up-to-date technical knowledge
- An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers/employees are using
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
Salary Offered : INR 2.84 LPA + shifts
allowances will be provided
Note : The offered candidates will have to sign a service agreement for 3 years, if disputed to be compensated with 2 lacs.
As a guarantee, candidate need to submit a cheque to the company at the time of joining. Please note you need not carry amount or cheque while joining or have that amount in your account the same will be taken from your salary account. The cheque will be returned to you on completion of 36 months service with company.
Interview process : Online Test, Group Discussion, Technical F2F Interview and HR Round (Interview process will go for a week and will not be completed in a single day)
