Who You Are
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist will have deep domain expertise in recruiting. The Talent Sourcing specialist will work across TA team collaboratively, capturing best practices, and delivering results for a specific skills.
What You Will Do
- Partner with our internal recruitment team and hiring Managers to understand the staffing needs and service line requirements for open opportunities.
- Interpret the business hiring requirements, translate them into successful recruitment strategies and solutions.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements of each position.
- Identify, attract and introduce Conneqt to the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace by providing market and compete intelligence, screening and evaluating candidates as appropriate.
- Demonstrate speed and quality in attracting passive talent and recommend strategies in accelerate our hiring practices.
- Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels(e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicable
- Effectively communicate with the internal recruiting and hiring management teams to determine the status and effectiveness of the recruiting channels for each open position.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the hiring team, candidates and external professional/community organizations to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Develop a network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and hiring team to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Leverage the internet, including social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Provide complete, accurate and inspiring employment value proposition to potential candidates about Conneqt and the specific role
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for frequently hired roles within assigned group.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 2-5 years of experience. Ability to quickly assimilate staffing, technical requirements and build solutions to meet business needs within TAT.
- Will work on Social Media and Various Candidate Channel attraction and create successful track record in all levels of recruiting.
- Familiarity with social media(Especially LinkedIn),Google search strings, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Sourcing using social tools
- Developing candidate sourcing strategies
- Candidate sourcing, screening, interview and selection
- Building and maintaining recruiting relationships
- Maintain coordinal partnering with external hiring communities.
Salary: Hike will be provided on current CTC
