- B.E/B.Tech [CSE,IS/IT] MCA/BCA freshers from 2021-2022 batch with 70% and above throughout academics

- Willing to work on Production Support at L1 and L2 level
- C, C++ and JAVA in their curriculum
- Excellent Debugging and Monitoring skills
- Should be expert on Python Scripting / Java and enjoy automation
- Understanding of any relational database : SQL, MySQL, PostgresQL
- Good understanding of JSON
- Proficiency for communication over REST APIs
- Engineering mindset/aptitude i.e. someone who can apply software engineering principles and knowledge for production support.
- Willing to work from office in Jaipur
- Willing to work in 24/7 work environment
- Comfortable on a role that involves 60% production technical & development support and 40% client interactions over technical issues

Principal Responsibilities:
- Daily trouble ticket resolution, client interaction and customer support via email and video calls
- Troubleshooting the production issue to level where we pin point the exact component / module is creating problem in prod
- Independently resolve the issue / provide the exact analysis of the prod incident onto the ticket
- Supporting projects during the normalization phase after Go-Live and ensuring the smooth transitions to operations
- Collaborate efficiently with internal experts to resolve customer issues quickly
- Collaboration as it’ll involve lots of collaboration with Engineering team
- Incident ticket management over JIRA tool
- Provides emergency response either by being on-call or by reacting to symptoms according to monitoring and escalation when needed
- Proposes ideas and solutions within the infrastructure team to reduce the workload by automation.
- Plan, design and execute solutions within infrastructure team to reach specific goals agreed within the team
- Plan and execute configuration change operations both at the application and the infrastructure level.
- Actively looks for opportunities to improve the availability and performance of the system by applying the learnings from monitoring and observation
- Identify and debug real time performance issues of all Applications deployed
- Monitoring the production environment and remediate issues with in defined SLA’s. (service contracts)
- Develop automation and solutions to simplify the operation and monitoring of the service.
- Setup for the Continuous Integration build and deployment for DEV and UAT environments
- Operational support and problem resolution for application users and internal operations tea
- On call client support

Work Location: Jaipur
Salary: INR 4,20,000 Per Annum + 1,40,000 Annual Variable
