Analyst - Customer/Technical Training
  • BE/Btech (CSE, IS/IT) engineering graduates from 2019 Batch with 60% throughout
Role Overview:
This associate-level professional will contribute to the development of training for Dell Technologies Services, their partners and customers. Courses in the curriculum will include both classroom (ILT and Online ILT) and self-paced (eLearning and Video ILT) training. Focused in developing expertise and skills in one or more disciplines of Dell Technologies Portfolio (End-user computing devices, storage platforms, storage networking, server, networking, cloud, virtualization, business continuity, and/or emerging technologies) this individual will work within project teams to ensure that courses and assessments are technically accurate and relevant to the current field environment. In addition to developing both technology/product competence and training capabilities, this individual will need to be self-motivated and contribute to cross-functional, dynamic project environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs, develops, delivers, authors or edits basic, intermediate and advanced e-learning, web-based and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences including employees, end-user customers, partners, resellers, distributors or systems integrators
  • Develops technical expertise in one or more technology areas through intensive training and on the job experience
  • Assists in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of lab infrastructure used for training development and delivery, including testing and validating lab exercises
  • Assists in training delivery through classroom and lab support of the lead instructor
  • Contributes to training development as part of a team
  • Developing content that is more engaging to the learners.
  • Develop timely and technically accurate training content
  • Evaluates student and instructor feedback for course updates
Essential Requirements/ Desired Skills: 
  • Analytical skills combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams
  • Good Writing and Communication Skills
  • Good team and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Scrum and Agile process
  • Basic knowledge of Content development, editing and publishing tools

  • Basic Understanding of Adult Learning Theory 
  • Ability to interact with team members and stakeholders that are both internal and external
