Business Development Manager
HDFC Life's Smart Achievers Program is an initiative by HDFC Life in association with Manipal Global to nurture industry leaders of the future by imparting domain expertise and skillsets in the field of insurance. The candidate needs to undergo the training program & will be awarded Post Graduate Certification in Insurance from Manipal Global, Bangalore and will get a guaranteed job in sales function of HDFC Life, on successful completion of the program.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduation in any stream of education from a recognized university
  • Age between 21 and 30 years.
  • Candidate should be staying in the same city for the last 2 year or more
Salary:
On successful completion of 12 months of the Smart Achievers Program, the incumbent will be absorbed by HDFC Life
at J2 band (one level above than the entry level front line sales employees) with the compensation of INR 3.0 lakhs + incentives.

Stipend:
Incumbents will receive a monthly stipend of INR 5,000/- during two months of On The Job Training and INR 20,000/- during the six months internship phase with HDFC Life along with performance-based incentives. Total Stipend earned by program end - INR. 1.30 lakhs.

Candidate Course Fee Payment:
The candidate needs to make the course fee payment of INR 88,500/-inclusive of taxes upon receiving the Provisional Offer Letter after the Face to face Interview with HDFC Life HR team.
Fees can be paid in Three monthly instalments and also Educational loan facility from Bank/NBFC available on submission of the required documents as per the prevaling rate of interest.
