Front Line Sales Executive

Job Role: Front Line Sales Executive with Salary 2.5 Lakh/annum + Incentive


Job Responsibility :

HDFC Life promises the job of a Front Line Sales executive, to all who complete all the phases of the training. The job involves one to sell life insurance through channel partners of HDFC Life (like bank/NBFC/Brokers etc) OR through individual agents OR directly to customers. Life insurance sales, being a very rewarding sales career offer opportunities to earn incentives which can be an additional cherry on the cake for all those who are passionate to sell.

Eligibility:

  • Age Limit : 25 years
  • Any Graduate from a government recognized university with minimum 50% marks

    Program Snapshot:


    You will be required to pay Rs. 99,000/-(Rupees Ninety Nine Thousand) for the entire course.

    Total duration of the course is 11 months. The contours of the training are as mentioned below:

    • Phase 1- Two months of online training with no monthly allowance.
    • Phase 2 -Two months On-the-job training with a monthly allowance of Rs 2,500/-*.
    • Phase 3 – Seven month internship with a stipend of Rs 15,100/-* per month plus performance based incentives

    What is PGPLI?

    PGPLI is Post Graduate Diploma in Life Insurance by upGrad in association with HDFC Life.

    The program is aimed to hand-pick and train passionate graduates or final year students(from any stream),to impart them with knowledge on the fundamentals of Life Insurance, basics of financial services, products and basics of sales management, with the objective of making them job-ready for a Front Lines Sales job at HDFC Life.

    The course curriculum and the material have been designed by industry experts from HDFC Life and UpGrad. Core purpose of this training is to enable the participants to hit the ground running and help them succeed when they take charge of the role.

    Successful completion of all the phases of the training promise a rewarding job and career with prestigious brand like HDFC Life coupled with a Post Graduate Certificate in Insurance Sales.

    So, PGPLI offers dual benefits to all the incumbents i.e., a JOB and a PG Certificate!
