- Work in team that designs and develops Enterprise-wide platform Applications - follow the Dev Ops / Agile Methodology
- Assess business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation and determine how to enhance / integrate Business Applications (SAP/ others) functionalities for targeted business processes
- Configure Business Applications (SAP/ others) solutions to ensure smooth system integration, enhanced functionalities, and user-friendly interfaces
- Collaborate with the development team for technical solutions and issue resolution
- Provide end-user training and support for Business Users
- Document processes, functional specifications and preparing progress reports
